1. Aluminum frame of back-lit panel light:
The aluminum frame of back-lit panel light is the main channel for LED heat dissipation. It has a simple and generous appearance. It can be punched and opened with a die. This method has low cost; The quality of die-casting aluminum frame can be a little higher, with good surface texture and overall beauty, but the cost of mold investment in the early stage is high.
2. LED light source:
Generally, 3528 led beads are used for back-lit panel light, and 3014 and 5050 are also used. 3014 and 5050 have low cost and slightly poor light efficiency. The key is that it is difficult to design their light guide dot. 3528 has high luminous efficiency and good versatility.
3. LED light guide plate:
The side LED light is refracted through the hole to evenly export the light from the front. The light guide plate is the key point for the quality control of back-lit panel light. If the LED light guide plate is not designed well, the overall light effect is very poor. Generally, there will be bright in the middle and dark on both sides, or there will be bright light bands at the light inlet, or local dark areas can be seen, or the brightness at different angles is inconsistent. To improve the light efficiency of the light guide plate mainly depends on the design of the light guide plate, followed by the quality of the plate. The light transmittance between qualified plates is usually almost the same.
4. Led Diffuser:
The LED diffusion plate can evenly export the light of the light guide plate of the back-lit panel light, and can also blur the holes on the light guide plate. Generally, the diffusion plate uses acrylic 2 or PC material. The cost of acrylic is lower and the transmittance is slightly higher than that of PC. The acrylic brittle anti-aging performance is weak. The price of PC is slightly expensive, but the anti-aging performance is strong.
5. Reflective paper:
Reflect the residual light on the back of the light guide plate of the back-lit panel light to improve the light efficiency, generally rw250.
6. Rear cover plate:
The main function is to seal the back-lit panel light. Generally, 1060 Aluminum is used, which can also play a little role in heat dissipation.
7. Driving power supply of back-lit panel light:
There are two kinds of LED driving power supplies. One is to use constant current power supply, which has high efficiency, PF value as high as 0.95 and high cost performance; Second, the constant voltage and constant current power supply is used, which has stable performance, but low efficiency and high cost. Generally, this power supply is mainly used for export. The other party requires certification requirements and must use the power supply with safety regulations. In fact, it is very safe for families to use constant current power supply, because it is difficult for users to access the power supply, and the lamp body itself uses safe low-voltage power.
8. Mounting Pendant:
Suspension wire, mounting bracket and other accessories used to install and fix back-lit panel light.
From the perspective of quality control, in order to improve the light efficiency, it is most effective to spend the additional money on the LED light source and LED light guide plate of back-lit panel light. From the perspective of marketing, spending the additional money on the aluminum frame, cover plate and pendant of back-lit panel light can improve the product grade.
